1. Agreement
By signing up for Horaflow you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Subscription & billing
- The Team plan is $250/month flat for up to 200 users.
- Initial commitment is 3 months ($750 total). Launch promotion adds a 4th month at no charge.
- After the initial commitment, the subscription renews monthly at $250 unless cancelled.
- Cancel by emailing billing@horaflow.com at least 7 days before the next renewal.
- No pro-rated refunds within the initial 3-month commitment.
3. Acceptable use
- You may use Horaflow to track your own employees with their knowledge and consent.
- You may NOT use Horaflow for covert surveillance of people who have not consented.
- You may NOT use Horaflow to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against employees.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Data ownership
You own your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time and we will delete it on cancellation per the policy in our privacy policy.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We don't offer a contractual SLA at this price tier — for SLA-backed uptime, contact us about an enterprise tier.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination by us
We may terminate or suspend service if you breach these terms (especially section 3). We'll provide 14 days' notice and an opportunity to cure unless the breach is severe (e.g. covert surveillance, data theft).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — material changes will be emailed to subscription admins at least 30 days before they take effect.
